HRP is a Christian based non-profit 501c3 organization that was formed in 2019, with the aim of providing support services to community members experiencing homelessness in the city of Lowell, MA and surrounding towns. We provide a safe space where these families and individuals experiencing homelessness can be connected to helpful resources to support their general well-being and overcome barriers to accessing affordable and permanent housing. .
