HRP is a Christian based non-profit 501c3
organization that was formed in 2019, with the aim of providing support services to community members experiencing homelessness in the city of
Lowell, MA and surrounding towns.
We provide a safe space where these families and individuals experiencing homelessness can be connected to helpful resources to support their general well-being and overcome barriers to
accessing affordable and permanent housing.

Rehabilitating, reforming and restoring community members experiencing homelessness, to ensure they access affordable and permanent housing.
Vision
Eradicating homelessness among community members experiencing homeless through compressive professional programs. HRP strives to ensure that those we serve become stable enough to flourish independently or with minimal support.
HRP is committed to being a strong advocate and
an ally for DEI – diversity, equity and inclusion. The
services we offer are for all people irrespective of
their race, ethnicity, culture, age, gender, religion or
political affiliations
